Manpoorna Jyotish & Vaastu Services was propounded by Dr. Bipin Bihari Lal, distinguished astrologer (KP, EPS & Vedic Astrology), Palmist and Vaastu Consultant, in February 2018 to cater to the needs of all categories of people of the general society — completely unbiased, without any type of ISM, treating everyone on an equal footing.
