Dr. BIPIN BIHARI LAL – our distinguished famous Astrologer of MANPOORNA JYOTISH & VAASTU SERVICES, learning from the Past, acting in the Present and actively thinking for the Future- encompassing and engulfing the Past, Present & Future; already having Educational Qualifications of B.Sc. Engg.(Civil), P.G.in Industrial Engg. and Ph.D. in Construction Management from reputed institutions as well as sufficient requisite Educational Qualifications in Astrology/Jyotish and other related required fields of Astrology/Jyotish in totality.
He has been providing Guidance, Counselling & Solutions to all problems faced by concerned persons through applications of K.P. Astrology, Vedic astrology, EPS Astrology, Numerology, Palmistry and Vaastu Shastra etc from 1970s either on Part time or on Full time Basis.
